Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy. ![]() Knowledge of ERP systems and Dynamics365 preferred.Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role.Must be able to work independently and quicky adjust to a fast-paced, start-up environment.Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities.Strong problem solving, analytical, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 software an asset.Tracking and maintaining all electronic devices (scan guns, tables, radios etc.).Communicating and ordering tools and supplies.Conducting weekly checks on all mechanical equipment, scheduling and tracking maintenance as required.Update stakeholders on any adjustments to shipment/delivery schedules Ex.Collection and disbursement of shipping and receiving documents.Photo document all outbound loads during and after loading completed/secured and upload into ERP and/or SharePoint system.Conducting daily cycle counts to ensure storage is noted correctly in system.Verification of Modules and proper locations in ERP system.Implementing a monitoring/ replacement protocol for desiccants bags.Daily review of humidity control monitors to ensure they are within range of acceptance.Ensuring that cribbing isn’t comprised in any way, that can cause damage to module or injure employees.All modules must be inspected, and thoroughly inspected after inclement weather. Daily inspection on wrap integrity and water intrusion.Ensure that all teammates are properly equipped for tasks.Coordinate with Yard lead hand on manpower requirements and allocation of personal based on shipping and receiving needs.Updating yard storage map locations of modules physical location.Collaboration with Logistics team for storage at offsite locations. ![]()
